The Domaine de Meaucé is a majestic fortified Percheron farm dating back to the 17th century, surrounded by moats, a vast park, and equipped with a swimming pool.
The sheepfolds, barns, and stables have made the Domaine de Meaucé an institution for over 3 centuries. The most impressive part ?
The Manor was expanded between 1850 and 1900 during the era of Percheron horse trading. Back then, wheat was stored in the barns and sheepfolds, the same ones that now host newlyweds!
The Morize family has run the Domaine since 1810—six generations! Caroline now manages the family business and has developed the activity while preserving the heritage and the family farm.
Indeed, the Domaine de Meaucé is a true farm, and you’ll find iconic Perche products on-site, proudly represented by Caroline, a passionate ambassador.
The Domaine has been welcoming groups for over 30 years, as well as individual clients from Eure-et-Loir, Normandy, the Paris region, and all over Centre-Val de Loire. Caroline is always happy to guide her visitors in discovering the Perche and surrounding areas, accompanied by her faithful assistant, SAM!
In 2018, after many requests, Caroline decided to open her venue
to future newlyweds in search of a reception hall that is more than just a venue — one that also offers

Upon arrival at the Domaine, you will meet Arthur, a magnificent Percheron horse, along with the goats and deer that come to greet the guests.

What to do on site
Whether for a weekend with friends, a wedding, or a seminar, you will always find something to do at the estate, both indoors and outdoors. You can take a walk through the grounds and enjoy the natural surroundings, as well as take part in various activities and games:

Inside the lodge, you will also find a Jacuzzi, and during the warmer months, you can enjoy the estate’s swimming pool.
